FRIDAY EVENING GOINGS ON

THE CLASS OF 1960 HOSTED A PARTY TO CELEBRATE THEIR 45TH ANNIVERSARY AND THEY INVITED THE 50'S ERA TO JOIN THEM.

Our hosts for the evening were Vernon Wright and Harold Thurmond.

Vernon Wright planned the menu and the food looked great.  Pat Wright McNulty and husband, Ken, dig in while Tom Weaver visits with Dorothy Norton Dickerson '60.  Looks like Kay and Rodney Pless were first in line.

Put these two fellows together and the laughs start.  Larry Kelly '60 with Harold Thurmond '60.

Everyone had a fun time at the Friday night celebration of the 45th anniversary of the class of 1960.  Thank you Vernon and Harold.  It was great!

Bob Welden seems to be trying for the record for how much food you can get on one plate.  My goodness that food really looks great!

Bill Kelly had the Dillard House prepare a banquet room for the Class of 55 with a lavish buffet.  Everyone was really digging into all that food.

The host, Bill , checking to make sure everyone was getting fed.  After dinner there was memories and then karaoke.  The Class of 55 turned out some fine singers and the karaoke was a big hit.  Everyone said they had a most wonderful anniversary reunion.

SATURDAY, JUNE 4, 2005

The Alumni/Farm Family Breakfast on Saturday morning always draws a big crowd.  Naida Dees Tanner, Olivia Dees Gillis, Ron Ward, Ken Ward, Bill Kelly, Irvin Hallford, and Barbara Dean Hallford share this table.

John Marshall has breakfast with John Hart and his son, Jarred.  John Hart is the director of the Farm Program which makes him a favorite with the 50 alums who have cherished memories of the farm program.
